Through landscapes shaped by fog, blur, and optical instability, the work traces an emotional passage through uncertainty, inner tension, and psychological confinement. The images emerge from quiet encounters with the natural world in moments when visibility fails and orientation dissolves. What appears as landscape becomes a reflection of the psyche: heaviness, pressure, and the sense of being inside the condition rather than observing it from a distance.
I am drawn to spaces that resist lucidity. Precision is deliberately abandoned in favor of atmospheres where absence becomes presence, and visual ambiguity mirrors emotional unsteadiness. Blur and distortion are not effects but methods — ways of entering a mental state where the mind feels crowded, tense, and unsettled. Overwhelm in this work does not arrive as drama, but as density: layered textures, fragile forms, and moments where chaos holds its own quiet beauty.
As the project unfolds, subtle shifts appear. Direction emerges without resolution; movement occurs without certainty. The work suggests grounding not as salvation, but as a temporary sense of being held — neither lost nor saved. Even as moments of calm surface, ambiguity remains. Monumentality and uncertainty coexist, revealing that clarity is not a fixed destination but a condition that flickers in and out of reach.
